I watched the Next Chapter with Rihanna on OWN a few nights ago. I
first have to say I am proud of Rihanna for finally letting her true feelings
out. I know that had to be a huge weight lifted off of her shoulders. I wasn’t
expecting Rihanna to be that open and she got be tearing up while watching the
entire interview. I’m glad she made it clear that she “had to forgive”. People
believe that after what happened the right thing to do is hate Chris and that
the wrong thing to do. Like Rihanna said he needed help so instead of the world
bashing him they should have tried to help him to improve his life. So this
type of incident won’t happen again.
I don’t agree with domestic violence but I believe that
everyone deserves a second chance. Both of them leaving one another to get
themselves together was the best idea. Whether they should get back together,
well that’s up to them. I believe that they both have grown especially Chris
Brown. He seems like he is free now to be happy with himself and life.
She also said she is still in love with Chris and that her
stomach drops when she sees him. That is love and you just can’t turn off that
kind of stuff. Again let me make it clear that I strongly believe this
separation gave them to the opportunity to see what they had and make a change
within themselves.
Rihanna pointed out that her forgiving her father made room for
her to forgive Chris for what he had done. Rihanna made her interview with
Oprah make people realize that she is just human. She makes mistakes like
everyone else.
If you have anything negative to say about either Rihanna or
Chris Brown after watching this interview you need to check yourself as a
person. Two wrongs never made a right so Rihanna is doing exactly what she
should have done.
I really just want both Rihanna and Chris Brown to be happy.
They deserve that much. With the life they live not being happy will drive them
insane and that’s the last thing I ever what to happen to them. I love Rihanna
and Chris Brown and wish them all the Blessings in life.
…And that house her mother got was amazing. I want to do
that for my mother one day, just to show her how much I love and appreciate
her.
